BoldSign bulk send vs a single PDF signature request
“Send to 50 people” can mean 50 separate completed copies or one document carrying 50 signatures. Those are different jobs. Decide which record you need before looking for a bulk-signing feature.

How BoldSign describes bulk send
BoldSign’s bulk-send page describes a saved template and a CSV with one row per signer. Each row produces a separate copy with its own details, and the sender can track the copies together. This is useful for repeated individual requests, not a synonym for one jointly signed file.
The template is part of the setup
BoldSign’s support instructions require a template before creating a bulk send. Test the field-to-column mapping and optional prefilled information before importing a live list. Confirm the selected plan, delivery channel and any related charges.
Three workflows that should stay distinct
- One named person signs one prepared PDF: a single private request.
- Many named people each sign their own version: separate requests, often using a bulk tool.
- Several people sign the same final record: a multi-recipient signing workflow.
- Unknown visitors each start a submission: public intake, with separate records and controls.
What to test before using a real recipient list
Use fictional names and controlled inboxes for two rows. Give the rows visibly different reference values. Open both invitations and confirm that each recipient sees only the intended copy and details. Inspect the exported results as well as the sender dashboard.
Check how a failed or withdrawn row is handled and how usage is counted. A large import can amplify a small mapping mistake. Keeping a versioned template and reviewing a small sample first is more useful than treating a successful CSV upload as the end of testing.
DocAISign is for a single recipient
DocAISign currently supports the sender plus one other recipient, signature/date fields and a signed PDF with audit record. It has no CSV import, reusable templates, public signing forms or bulk-send dashboard. Do not forward one recipient’s private link to stand in for separate requests.
For occasional prepared PDFs, compare the single-request flow directly. For repeated requests across a list, evaluate a bulk workflow and its plan limits. For one shared record with several signers, evaluate recipient ordering and roles instead.
Keep completion records attached to the right person
Use a document reference and recipient identifier that you can reconcile after export. Keep unsigned source files separate from completed copies, and retain the records required for your process. A single “all sent” message does not show that every intended recipient finished correctly.
