How sends are counted
- One document sent to one signer is one send, counted when it is sent.
- Free sends reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't carry over.
- With Pro or an active pass, sends are unlimited (up to the daily abuse limit).
- Signing yourself never uses a send.
- If the signer declines or the link expires, sending again is a new send.
- Pro renews monthly. Cancel any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month.
What you get
